   Led a team of 12 data and operations scientists, engineers and analysts. Shipped B2B web apps for operations, customer care and procurement, built the quasi-experimentation platform and rebuilt the forecasting CI/CD pipelines. Advising the operations planning and tech teams since March 2026.

3. CVS HealthNew York · 2018–21 Lead data scientist $50M+

   Proposed a stacked cost-prediction model, now used in actuarial ratings, with a $50M+ savings opportunity. Built onset models for knee and hip replacement and complicated pregnancy, saving $15M+ a year. Led the modeling work to improve risk models, with over $100M in savings opportunities.

4. AetnaHartford · 2017–18 Data scientist Medicare CSAT

   Built an ensemble customer-satisfaction model for Medicare, with new feature engineering for its pipeline. Ran sensitivity analysis on pricing factors and designed sampling strategies to assess external data sources.

5. UCFOrlando · 2015–17 M.S. Statistical Computing, teaching assistant 2 wins

   Lectured graduate and undergraduate data mining at the University of Central Florida. First place in the Siemens wind turbine failure analytics contest and winner of the Disney ride wait-time prediction challenge, both in 2017.

6. P PLACABITehran · 2011–15 Co-founder 500+ taught

   Led a team of data scientists building and deploying ML pipelines. Wrote the first national guidelines for machine learning in Iranian telecom, built around consumer privacy and approved by the Ministry of ICT. Taught data science to more than 500 students.
